Pre-K To Offer Blended Program

School District Will Have SRO

James Miller, who was recently hired by the city of Prophetstown as a new police officer, will fill the role of SRO beginning in the 2019-2020 school year.

The PLT 6-12 Campus will be holding a Red Cross Blood Drive next Monday, March 4th.


PLTMS Student Council Serves

The members of the PLTMS Student Council had the pleasure of serving at Pat's Table on Monday night. 


Spelling Bee Runner-Up

Cox competed in the Lee, Ogle, Whiteside Regional Spelling Bee on Thursday in Dixon and took 2nd place after going 20 head-to-head rounds with four-time champion Rebecca Zeigler, also an 8th grader, from Aplington Middle School in Polo.

This Friday, February 15, which was originally scheduled as a teachers' Institute will now be a student attendance day

there will be a 2-hour late start for all PLT #3 schools today, Wednesday, February 6th 


Cancellations Again

The PLT#3 School District has announced that all evening activities and practices including parent-teacher conferences for today, February 5, have been canceled due to impending winter weather. Per the Superintendent.
