Presented by Crossroads Cultural Connections, the all-ages evening will begin with an optional potluck dinner at 6 p.m., followed by the concert at 7 p.m. Guests who would like to participate in the potluck are invited to bring a dish to share.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Stelling has spent more than a decade building a career rooted in relentless touring and deeply personal songwriting. He has released seven albums and performed thousands of concerts across the United States, United Kingdom and Europe.
Though he most often tours as a solo artist, Stelling has shared stages with a wide range of acclaimed performers, including Son Little, Mavis Staples, The Devil Makes Three and Ben Harper. His career has also included three albums released through respected independent label ANTI- Records.
Stelling has performed multiple times at the Newport Folk Festival and has appeared on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert and CBS Saturday Morning, further establishing him as a distinctive voice in contemporary folk and roots music.
At the center of his performances is his guitar work. Known for intricate finger-style playing and a powerful, lived-in vocal delivery, Stelling creates songs that feel immediate and personal, often balancing intensity with quiet reflection. His years on the road have shaped a performance style that is direct, unvarnished and deeply connected to the audience.
The intimate Ca d’Zan setting offers an especially fitting environment for Stelling’s music, allowing the focus to remain on the songwriting, guitar and stories at the heart of his work.
Guests should bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. A donation of $20 to $30 is suggested.
Presented by Crossroads Cultural Connections, this concert continues the organization’s mission of bringing meaningful, high-quality live music experiences to Henry County and surrounding communities.
