Calisa Steel Signs With Culver-Stockton (video)

EP Panther standout softball player Calisa Steel has signed a letter of intent to play softball for Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri.  The senior will be used as a utility player seeing time in the both the infield and outfield for the NAIA school who plays in the Heart of American Athletic Conference.

 

Steel along with her parents Dale and Nadine joined their daughter and Wildcat softball coach Jordan Bastian in the Erie High School Media Center for the signing on Wednesday.  Steel was awarded an academic and athletic scholarship to the college located in northeast Missouri along the banks of the Mississippi River.

 

Steel was the primary pitcher and and top of the order hitter for the Panthers last season.
