Cardinals Come From Behind

In a make-up game with Morrison on Monday in Erie, the Cardinals came back from a 4 point deficit at the end of the third quarter and out scored the Mustangs by 5 in the final eight minutes to steal a 45-44 win.

 

Erie led at halftime 24-22, but fell behind in the third quarter.  The Cardinals struggled from the free throw line hitting just 5 of 13 attempts on the night.

 

Josh Hammer dropped 27 points on the Mustangs aided by Kyle Stover with 11 including 3, three-point buckets.

 

Erie travels to Fulton on Tuesday.
