The Volunteer Millers are sponsoring an evening of patriotic music by the River City Municipal Band under the direction of Patrick Brooks. The event will be held outside in the shadow of De Immigrant Windmill and the Windmill Cultural Center. Guests are requested to bring their own chairs.
Prior to the music beginning, the Volunteer Millers will distribute bags of flavored popcorn to the first 200 visitors. The popcorn is made by Jeff Witt at the Fulton Ice Cream & Gourmet Popcorn Shop in downtown Fulton. The popcorn and the event are free and open to the public.
