Soccer is for kids 4-years old through 5th grade, with games starting Saturday, September 12th. Flag Football is for kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade, with games starting Wednesday, September 16th.
Registration fees can be paid by cash, check, or Venmo @ptownparkregistration. The forms are available at this link or on the website. If you need financial assistance, please contact the Park District.
Fee Schedule:
- $20 – One Sport ($15 PPD Member)
- $35 – Both Soccer and Football ($25 PPD Member)
- $55 – Family Max for One Sport ($40 PPD Member)
- $75 – Family Maximum for Both Soccer and Flag Football ($60 PPD Member)

The Prophetstown Park District continually strives to reduce such risks and insists that all participants follow safety rules and instructions that are designed to protect the participant’s safety. However, participants and parents/guardians of minors registering for the listed programs/activities must recognize that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in recreational activities/programs.
