A conglomeration of citizens, as well as representatives of various businesses and organizations, are in the beginning phases of planning for events to celebrate the 150th year of the establishment of Tampico.
The next Sesquicentennial meeting will be on Wednesday, March 20 at 6 p.m. at the Tampico Historical Society Museum. All community members are invited to attend and offer their ideas and feedback.
