The registration information and form are attached below. Please drop off forms with payment to the PLT District Office (Attn. Heather Bruns) or the Prophetstown Park District, with checks payable to the PHS Class of 2029.
The entry fee per team is $120 on or before June 14th, or $160 from June 16-22. Please register by June 14th if possible, and your registration fee will cover three guaranteed games, medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, medals for toilet bowl winners, and a t-shirt. Initial brackets will be posted on June 30th, and depends on the number of teams signed up.
Proposed brackets are girls & boys grades 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, Women’s, Men’s and Open Men’s, with a 100 team cap. On game day, registration begins at 7:15 a.m., games start promptly at 8:00 a.m., and all games will be played in the parking lot at Prophetstown High School. In the event of inclement weather, organizers reserve the right to shorten, cancel or change the format of the tournament.
Each year, the After Prom Committee of the PLT #3 School District’s incoming freshman class, as well as adult sponsors, take on the tasks of the tournament, from marketing, fundraising, planning, and manning the event.
