He was born on May 20, 1952, in Clinton, IA the son of William and Iola (Nelson) Snyder. He married Amelia Isenhour on January 17, 1975, in Clinton. Randy had worked for over 40 years at the 3M plant before retiring. He had served on the Albany Zoning Board and took great pride in taking care of his yard and property. One of his great joys was attending his granddaughters’ school events.
Survivors include his wife, Amelia; daughter, Angie (Brian) Jones of Graf, IA; granddaughters: Amelia, Aliza and Arika; sister, Diane Snyder of Clinton, IA; and brother, Rick (Sylvia) Snyder of Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dayle Snyder.
A gathering of friends and family to honor his life will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10 until Noon at the McDonald Funeral Home & Crematory in Fulton. A memorial service will follow at Noon, with Ken Renkes officiating.
