This month’s meal consists of pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, chips and a dessert, with the dessert and bun provided by The Bread Lady. Extra thanks goes to the Sauk Valley Foodbank for donating the pork and Morrison Cottonwood 4H & the Sauk Valley Community College Impact Program volunteers for helping with this meal. The church also thanks everyone who has made these meals possible over the years.
Free Community Meal in Morrison on Thursday
First Presbyterian Church of Morrison will mark their 17th anniversary of offering Free Community Meals on Thursday, April 30th with drive-up or in-person dining starting at 5 p.m.
