With reindeer antlers and elf hats, a page of song lyrics, and jolly smiles on their faces, two dozen youth and a few parents spent an hour singing traditional Christmas songs for members of their community.
Their first stop was Allure of Prophetstown, where they sang songs of the season to the residents and staff, who filled the lobby to hear the sweet music and even sing along.
The Scouts and siblings then continued their cheerful ensemble in the downtown at Envy Boutique, Hartig Drug, and 1st Gateway Credit Union. Employees and customers welcomed the carolers and enjoyed the moments of melodious music and extra special Christmas cheer.
The Christmas caroling was a way for the Cub Scouts to “do a good turn daily” by connecting with their community through music and the spirit of the holiday season. The pack enjoyed the experience and wish you all a Merry Christmas!

Cub Scouts Pack 332 Cubmaster Britney Butts captured the festive caroling moments.
