Linda was born on December 16, 1944 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the daughter of Joy and Clara (Hammond) Moore. She married Larry Williams on October 7, 1962 in Prophetstown. Linda retired after many years of service from Sterling Multi Products. She was a member of Harvest Time Bible Church in Rock Falls. Linda enjoyed gardening, working puzzles and playing games with Larry. Linda’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband Larry Williams of Prophetstown; one son, Jeffrey (Theresa) Williams of Rock Falls; three grandchildren, Samantha Ann (Brad) Rogers, Samantha Lucille (David) Freeman and Seth (Jordan) Williams; six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Ellen Jeann Williams; one son, Michael James Williams; one sister, Kathy Lenox.
Gathering of family and friends will take place Thursday, May 28th from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. at Harvest Time Bible Church in Rock Falls. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jason Borton officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Stephens Ministry through Harvest Time Bible church in Rock Falls.
