Cherished nativity on display at St. Ambrose Catholic Church
A familiar and comforting scene greeted parishioners at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Erie this Christmas. As the faithful celebrated Mass, they laid eyes on a handwrought Nativity depicting the birth of Jesus, partaking in a tradition nearly as old as the church building itself.
